Aqua Mont Service has increased its buyout bid for Hidrotehnika-Hidroenergetik to 77.6%.
Construction company Hidrotehnika-Hidroenergetika was established in 1946. The Belgrade-based firm specialises in the construction and design of buildings and structures for utilities. It has constructed more than 50 dams in Serbia and abroad. The company also offers construction services in the following areas - water and sewer lines, mains, pumping stations, treatment plants and storage tanks, industrial buildings, railways, roads, and bridges, tunnels.
Aqua Mont Service launched the bid on August 13, planning to buy 44,137 shares in Hidrotehnika-Hidroenergetika at a price of RSD1,119.38 (US$10.5) apiece until September 2.
