Statkraft AS has submitted its revised design for the proposed wind farm project in the Shetland Islands to the Scottish Government, UK.
The latest revision has the fewer amount of turbines and considered adjustments to the access track layout which will further reduce environmental impact. The Energy Isles wind farm project will now have 18 turbines with a tip height of 180m and a total generating capacity of 126 MW.
