Statkraft leads bid for Continuum Wind Energy Ltd

Statkraft AS has been leading the race to acquire Continuum Wind Energy Ltd in India.

Statkraft is now the only contender to acquire Continuum Wind, a wind energy platform owned by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners. Statkraft is currently carrying out due diligence on the target’s portfolio.

Continuum has over 700 MW of operational wind farms spread across Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Telangana.
