Royal Dutch Shell and Norwegian utility Statkraft are bidding to buy Indian renewables operator Continuum Wind Energy Ltd. The two are among a clutch of interested parties to submit non-binding bids for Continuum, currently owned by a fund managed by Morgan Stanley.
Continuum Wind has over 700 MW of operating wind farms and a 1,700 MW project pipeline, with assets spread across Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Telangana.
