South African asset manager Stanlib, through its infrastructure investment arm, Stanlib Infrastructure Investments, has acquired a 10% stake in the renewable energy developer Mulilo Energy Holdings.
Mulilo is a renewable energy developer in South Africa that engages with solar PV and wind project developments.
The two companies have announced that they will participate in the strategic infrastructure 2,000MW Risk Mitigation Power Procurement Programme, as well as the future Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Procurement Programme (REI4P) Round 5 and further bidding rounds.
