Solarpack signs agreement to acquire Solaer

Solarpack Corporación Tecnológica, S.A.U. has reached an agreement to purchase 100% of Solaer Holding, S.L. for an undisclosed amount.

The transaction is fully financed with funds provided by Solarpack’s shareholders. The transaction value was not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to close by the end of 2022, upon granting of the customary approvals. CaixaBank, Linklaters, KPMG, and DNV served as Solarpack's advisors. Nomura and Ramón y Cajal served as Solaer's consultants.

Founded in 2006, Solaer's portfolio of projects in Spain and Italy totals about 2.8 GW.
