SMA Solar Technology will supply equipment including inverters to develop a 50 MW solar project located in Minbu, Myanmar.
To be more specific, the company will supply its Power Station 2000 SC, a turnkey system solution equipped with two Sunny Central 1000S C-XT inverters and a medium voltage solution to connect the new facility to the grid.
The solar PV project, located about 500 km northwest from Yangon, is expected to go into operation in spring of 2019.
The 50 MW solar project is part of the solar complex in Minbu.
