Tri Global Energy LLC (TGE) has agreed to sell 180 MW Flatland Solar project in the US to the Silverpeak, without specific terms and financial details.
The 180 MW Flatland solar park is located in Scurry County, Texas. The project consists of 690,000 PV panels on a 950-acre site and scheduled to start its construction this year. The output of the project will be delivered to the Electric Reliability Council of Texas’ (ERCOT’s) power grid.
A subsidiary of Altius Renewable Royalties, Great Bay Renewables has provided royalty financing for the completion of the solar farm.
