Shizen International invests in a minority stake in Bison Energy
Shizen Multinational Inc. has invested in Bison Energy Group and acquired a minority stake in the company.
Bison is a Japan-based international private renewable power company with operations and a portfolio of projects in Europe, East Asia, and Australia. The company partners with global entities and experienced suppliers and investors to advise, fund, design, construct and operate renewable projects, whether solar, energy storage, wind, or biomass projects.
This investment enables Shizen Energy Group to utilize, expand, and enter new Asia-Pacific markets where Bison has the expertise and a project network. Shizen Energy Group's expertise will also support Bison in entering new business areas, such as corporate PPA, wind power, and other renewable energy projects.
