SFP Group BV, emerging independent large scale biomethane developer in the Netherlands, and SWIFT, the SWEN Impact Fund for Transition managed by SWEN Capital Partners, have jointly acquired the 2,200 nm3/h Aben Green Energy BV biomethane production plant in Westdorpe in the Netherlands.
The two companies will make necessary investments will be made to double its production capacity by 2023. This first project is made under the framework of a long-term partnership between SFP Group BV and SWIFT to jointly develop and invest in large-scale biomethane projects across the Netherlands.
