Serba Dinamik closed acquisition of 15% stakes in Green & Smart Holdings
Serba Dinamik, through its subsidiary, Serba Dinamik International, has acquired the 15% interest in Green & Smart Holdings PLC for GBP3.2 million (USD4.06773 m). The deal represents a subscription of 51.8 million shares at a price of 6.19 pence per share.
With the transaction, proceeds will go towards the development of Green & Smart's third fully owned biogas power plant at Minyak, Malaysia, as well as working capital purposes.
Green & Smart expects to publish the results for the year to the end of September 2018 and six months to the end of March in early August.
