Scottish Equity Partners (SEP) has agreed to sell Indigo Pipelines Limited to independent infrastructure asset manager, Arjun Infrastructure Partners. Indigo is the third largest independent gas transportation network in the UK, owning approximately 180,000 gas connections.
SEP acquired the company in 2014, through the Environmental Capital Fund, a technology infrastructure fund that it manages. Under SEP’s ownership Indigo has rapidly grown its network of connections throughout the UK.
Subject to certain conditions, the transaction is expected to complete by the end of February 2019.
