ReVolve Renewable Power Corp. has signed a definitive purchase agreement to acquire all of Centrica Business Solutions Mexico S.A.'s shares for MXN3 million (US$1.7 million). CBS Mexico is a Centrica PLC subsidiary.

Once completed, the acquisition will provide an immediate source of operating projects and recurring revenue to ReVolve´s newly formed distributed generating division announced in April 2022, ReVolve Renewable Business Solutions. This division focuses on distributed generation projects with customers in a variety of industries in the US and Mexico, including rooftop solar, battery storage, and energy efficiency projects with a capacity of up to 5 MW. ReVolve's goal is to design, build, and finance these projects, and to enter into long-term (up to ten-year) Power Purchase Agreements with the underlying customers for the sale of electricity generated by the projects.
