REST completes takeover of 206 MW Collgar wind farm

Renewable Energy System Technologies (REST) has completed the acquisition of the remaining 60% stakes it does not own in the 206 MW Collgar wind farm located in the approximately 25km south-east of Merredin in Western Australia.

The stakes were acquired from UBS Asset Management at an undisclosed amount. REST partnered with UBS in 2010 to build the A$730m Collgar Wind Farm over 18,000 hectares of land.
