ReneSola Ltd has started the commercial operation of the 10 MWp Csomád 1-2 solar photovoltaic (PV) project located in Hungary.
The facility consists of two PV plants that are designed to generate enough power for up to 4,000 homes per day. The project entered the commercial operation stage at the beginning of October 2022.
The solar farm is ReneSola's first self-developed and self-constructed project in Hungary. Since entering the Hungarian energy market five years ago, the company has commissioned 72 feed-in tariffs (FIT) projects totaling about 42 MW.
