RattanIndia Power Ltd, formerly known as India Bulls Power, has completed the sale of a 225 MW solar portfolio to Vector Green Energy Pvt Ltd.
The solar photovoltaic portfolio in India consists of 70 MW solar projects in Rajasthan, 44 MW of solar projects in Maharashtra, 52 MW in Uttar Pradesh, 50 MW in Karnataka, as well as small-scale projects among which are 100 rooftop photovoltaic (PV) installations at different sites.
Vector Green is a renewable energy unit of India Infrastructure Fund – II owned by Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP).
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
