Qualitas Energy Partners has entered into an agreement with TSK Group for the sale of its 39.34% stakes in the 50 MW La Africana solar portfolio and solar photovoltaic facilities of Sirius Solar, Madrigalejo, and Rosalejo, with a combined installed power of 71.75 MW located in Spain.
TSK Group owned the La Africana solar thermal plant in Cordoba together with Magtel and Grupo Ortiz and had a 39.34% stake. The Madrigalejo solar project in Cáceres has a capacity of 2.9 MW while the Rosalejo solar project, also in the Extremadura province, has 0.85 MW capacity. The Sirius Solar is a portfolio of PV plants in the municipalities of Las Gabias and La Malahá and the El Marquesado region, in the province of Granada.
