PV Hardware (PVH) has secured a contract with Larsen & Toubro (L&T) to supply solar trackers for an 805 MW DC photovoltaic (PV) project in Saudi Arabia. This project, which is located in the Qassim province near the city of Ar Rass, is a key component of the National Renewable Energy Program and aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, overseen by the Ministry of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources (MEIM).
PVH's solar trackers will be manufactured at their newly renovated facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. These trackers are specifically designed to withstand the region's extreme temperatures and sandstorms. Equipped with advanced safety features, the trackers will ensure stable operation and superior corrosion resistance throughout their estimated 25-year lifespan.
PVH has deployed trackers for more than 28 GW of PV capacity across five continents. With a market share of over 10%, PVH continues to contribute to the growth and development of renewable energy projects worldwide.
