The Ministry of Energy and Mines of Peru, through the Agency for the Promotion of Private Investment - PROINVERSIÓN, has launched a tender for the development of the 220/60 kV Chincha Nueva Substation and 220/60 kV Nazca Nueva Substation and transmission projects.
The Interested Party or member of the Consortium, directly or through one of its Related Compan, or by virtue of a contract with a third party, must demonstrate that it operates or has operated within the period from January 1, 2017, electric power transmission systems, with the following characteristics: substations with a transformation capacity of not less than 150 MVA at voltages equal to or greater than 220 kV.
For the accreditation of technical requirements, the enabling Title (concession or other) that authorizes the carrying out of the electrical transmission activity, or certificates, contracts, or documents issued by the competent authority that accredits the operation and maintenance must be presented. Whoever accredits financial and / or technical experience may enter the Competition only with a Bidder.
The concession term will be 30 years including the construction period.
The deadline for the submission of bids is on September 23, 2020.
