Solarpack Corporacion Tecnologica SA has completed the sale of a 49% stake in two solar photovoltaic plants in Peru to French investor Ardian Infrastructure.
The sale involves the 22 MWp Tacna and the 20.7 MWdc Panamericana solar photovoltaic plants. The projects are developed by Solarpack and Gestamp Asetym Solar (X-Elio SL) in 2012.
The solar farms secured long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs) with the Ministry of Energy of Peru.
