PowerSouth Energy signs PPA with Origis for the 80 MW Wing Solar project in Covington

PowerSouth Energy Cooperative and Origis Energy have signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for an 80 MW solar project to be constructed in Covington County, Alabama, USA.

The Wing Solar is a project by Origis Energy. It is scheduled to come online in late 2022. Once completed, the project is expected to generate enough power to supply for approximately 13,000 homes annually.
