Potentia Renewables enters agreement to acquire Canadian renewable energy portfolio

Potentia Renewables Inc has entered into an agreement deal with Dream Alternatives for the acquisition of a Canadian renewable power portfolio. 

The portfolio consists of operational wind and solar power projects located in Canada. 

The transaction is subject to various closing conditions and is expected to close in the third or fourth quarter of 2019.
