Polenergia S.A. has launched the construction of the 121 MW Dębsk Wind Farm located on the Northern Mazovian Lowland in the area of the Żuromin and Kuczbork Osada Commune.
The consortium of lenders EBRD, ING Bank Śląski, mBank, and Santander Bank Polska provided PLN 480 million investment for the wind farm. The period of financing is set for 2037, whereas the interest rate is equal to 3M WIBOR increased by the banks’ margin.
The Debsk wind farm will comprise fifty-five units of V110-2.2 type wind turbines and is expected to be complete in mid-2022.
The Vestas Poland Sp. z o.o. is the supplier of turbines and the entity providing technical maintenance services for a period of 30 years from the moment of investment start-up.
The contractor for the construction work related to the foundations for wind turbines, adjustment of access roads for oversize transport, modernization of existing roads, construction of maintenance roads and assembly platforms is a consortium consisting of PBDI S.A. (part of the ERBUD Group) and ERBUD S.A. Assembly, electric power work and the necessary construction work for the 30/110 kV electrical station, along with the medium and high voltage cable network and the optical fiber network will be performed by a consortium made up of ELECTRUM Sp. z o.o. and P.U. JAREX Sp. z o.o.
The project is expected to generate up to 366 GWh annually, supplying electricity to about 183,000 households.
