WKN GmbH, which is a subsidiary of the PNE Group, has sold the Wölsickendorf wind farm (Brandenburg), which has a total nominal capacity of 16.8 MW, to CEE Group in Hamburg.
The wind farm comprises four modern Vestas V150 turbines with a capacity of 4.2 MW each. The wind farm will be erected by WKN GmbH and handed over on a turnkey basis. The construction stage began in April and is expected to be completed by the end of the year. After commissioning, the PNE Group will be responsible for the technical management of the wind farm.
The Wölsickendorf wind farm is CEE Group's fourth wind farm acquisition from PNE. The acquisition increases CEE Group's total wind portfolio to 435 MW. CEE is active across Germany, France, Scandinavia, Benelux countries and Iberia.
