WKN GmbH, a unit of PNE Group, has completed the sale of its 113 MW Målarberget wind project to Enlight Renewable Energy.
The wind farm is located approximately 150 kilometers north-west of Stockholm, Sweden. The facility consists of 27 4-MW wind turbines.
The project was developed by WKN’s Swedish subsidiary VKS Vindkraft Sverige AB, which will also be building the wind farm for the buyer. During the negotiations, WKN was supported by the financial advisor Newsec.
Construction is scheduled to begin in the near future. It is expected that the wind farm will be commissioned by the end of 2020. Moreover, the PNE Group will be responsible for the technical and commercial management of the wind farm after its completion.
