Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) has entered into an agreement with global infrastructure investor I Squared Capital for the acquisition of the 100% interest in Singapore-based Amplus Energy Solutions Pte Ltd, also known as M+.
Founded in 2010, M+ operates as a solar photovoltaic project developer in India with a present portfolio at 350 MW across the country. Among its clients is India Yamaha Motor Pvt. Ltd, Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd, Walmart India Pvt. Ltd, Hilton Hotels Corp. and Gurgaon-based Vatika Group.
