Ørsted is set to launch the sale of its electricity distribution company Radius.
Radius operates the electricity grid, which supplies 1 million homes and businesses in the Copenhagen area, in North Zealand and in parts of Central Zealand.
Danish pension fund PKA and Canadian Pension fund Omers have expressed interest to bid in the process. Another Danish pension fund, ATP, has allegedly entered a partnership with Danish utility Seas NVE, also plans to join the auction.
