Ørsted has completed the development of the 227 MWac Muscle Shoals in Colbert County, Alabama, USA. The project consists of 670,000 solar panels supplied by First Solar.
Located in the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) service area, the PV solar plant has a long-term PPA with TVA. The project will support the sustainability goals of Facebook’s data center in Huntsville, Alabama that just started operations.
