Origin Energy completes acquisition of 900 MW Yarrabee Solar Farm in New South Wales

Origin Energy Ltd, an Australian electricity and natural gas company, has completed the acquisition of the 900 MW Yarrabee solar photovoltaic farm located in New South Wales, Australia. 

The project was initially co-developed by Reach Solar Energy and PwC Australia. It was cleared for development by the state government in 2018. 

The financial information of the deal was not disclosed.
