Orange SA has entered a five year Corporate Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with 39 MW Ally-Mercoeur wind farm, owned by Boralex Inc., located in Auvergne Rhone-Alpes Region, France.
Boralex will supply Orange SA with 67 GWh/year of renewable electricity generated by the 26 wind turbines at the 39 MW Ally-Mercoeur wind farm, which is currently operated under a purchase obligation contract that will expire at the end of December 2020.
The implementation of this five-year agreement will begin on January 1, 2021.
