Canadian private independent power producer, Natural Forces, is seeking environmental approval for the development of up to 150 MW onshore wind farm project located in the province of Nova Scotia in Canada.
The province's Department of Environment is reviewing the application applied by the company. Natural Forces plans to install up to 28 wind turbines in the municipality of West Hants. The decision regarding the application is set to be released on or before March 9, 2022.
The construction of the project is expected to start before the end of 2022 with target commissioning in 2024.
