Japanese company Mitsui & Co Ltd has completed the purchase of a 17% stakes in Brazilian solar company Origo Energia.
Origo Energia in involved in the various business including managing the development, construction, and operation of distributed solar parks of up to 5 MW.
The transaction was green-lighted by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) in March.
