Mainova AG has completed the acquisition of a 25% stake in a 175 MWp solar photovoltaic project located in the state of Brandenburg in Germany.
The project is located about 100 km north of Berlin in the municipality of Boitzenburger Land on an area of 160 hectares. Once operational, the project is expected to generate enough power for about 64,000 homes.
The construction permit is expected to be released by the first quarter of 2022.
