Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund 4, a fund run by Macquarie Group Ltd is looking for companies to buy its Renvico Holding. Renvico, a company created in 2015, manages wind farms in Italy and France with a 334 MW of combined power capacity.
The transaction of the sale is around EUR400 million (US$446.30 million). The equity value of the deal is around EUR150 million(US$168 million).
Several companies are expected to bid that includes Italian green energy group Erg, France’s Engie, Italian utility A2A, and renewable investment companies Quercus and Tages.
