The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) has issued a tender to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for technical and advisory support services related to its EXEED Programme and the Support Scheme for Renewable Heat (SSRH).
The tender is divided into four distinct lots, each focusing on specific areas of expertise:
Lot 1 – Energy Efficient Design (EED) Trainers and Mentors: Provide training and mentorship on Energy Efficient Design, including the EXEED and I.S. 399 standards, to industry stakeholders.
Lot 2 – Technical Project Assessors: Evaluate EXEED Stage 2 project grant applications exceeding €100,000 (excluding VAT), conducting desktop audits and site visits to assess project quality, innovation, and adherence to energy-efficient design principles.
Lot 3 – Operational, Technical, and Advisory Services for SSRH: Offer technical and operational advice to clients and SEAI, and review applications for the SSRH scheme.
Lot 4 – Developmental, Technical, and Advisory Services for EXEED and SSRH: Focus on overall scheme performance and development, providing technical opinions on operations, assessing regulatory changes, and evaluating emerging technologies and market trends.
