ERG Group and Amazon have signed a long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for the Corlacky wind farm in Northern Ireland.
Once completed, the plant will consist of 11 Vestas V117 turbines of 4.3 MW each, for a total installed capacity of 47.3 MW and an estimated annual production of around 176 GWh when fully operational, equivalent to around 66 kt of CO2 avoided and meeting the energy consumption needs of around 55,361 UK households. Construction is expected to be completed by Q4 of 2025.
