Innova Energy plans to develop a 5 MW solar park in Brazil. The BRL22 million (US$6 million) facility will be installed in Uberaba municipality, Minas Gerais state. Initial cost of the scheme is worth BRL4.5 million (US$1.17 million).
The solar farm is expected to produce 650,000 kWh monthly, enough to meet the demand of 750 households.
Commercial operation is scheduled in the first half of 2019.
