Japanese sustainable infrastructure company Ichigo Inc. has started the commercial operation of its 2.96 MW solar photovoltaic project located in the Miyazaki Prefecture, Japan.
Named as 'Ichigo Miyakonojo Takazakicho Tsumagirishima ECO Power Plant', the solar farm consists of 9,130 panels installed on 39,991 square meters of land inside the Tsumagirishima Industrial Complex in Miyakonojo City.
The project is estimated to produce energy for the consumption of up to 1200 homes or about 3.5 million kWh of electricity per year.
