GRS has energized the Molong Solar Farm, owned by Amp Energy, in the Molong region, New South Wales.
The photovoltaic project, which occupies 80 hectares of land on which 89,088 photovoltaic modules and 1,024 solar trackers have been installed, has an installed capacity of 39 MWp which will produce approximately 78,000 MWh of clean energy each year.
In addition, once the installation produces 100%, it will supply energy to some 11,000 Australian homes, while avoiding the annual emission of approximately 53,585 tons of CO2 into the atmosphere.
