Gresham House Energy Storage Fund Plc is set to raise up to GBP41.6 million (US$51.3 million) after securing commitments from over 40.43 million share placing.
The Fund has offered 56.16 million shares at a price of GBP1.03 (US$1.333) per piece. The proceeds are set to be invested in energy storage assets.
Currently, the Fund owns six utility-scale assets in Great Britain with a total rating of 75 MW. The Fund targets up to 229 MW operating assets by the end of March 2020 on top of the additional pipeline of 95 MW of operational storage capacity.
