Gresham House has completed the acquisition of the 50 MW Low Farm solar photovoltaic project in Lincolnshire, east-central England from Anesco for GBP100 million (US$139.17 million).
Located near Skegness, the project covers an area of 60 hectares and will be capable of generating enough clean energy to power around 13,500 homes, while helping to save 12,000 tonnes of carbon emissions annually.
Construction of the solar farm is expected to begin in 2022. Anesco will provide long-term operations and maintenance once the sites are energized.
