Greencoat Solar Assets II closed acquisition of Islip and Springhill solar projects from DIF Infrastructure III

Greencoat Capital, through its Greencoat Solar II fund, has closed the acquisition of 5 MW Islip and 5 MW Springhill solar projects located in Northamptonshire and Gloucestershire in UK, respectively. The facilities have been in operation since 2011. 

DIF were advised by Elgar Middleton (Finance) and Pinsent Masons (Legal). While, Greencoat was advised by PWC (Tax), Eversheds Sutherland (Legal) and Evergy (Technical).
