Greenalia SA, through its unit Greenalia Solar Power Inc, has acquired a ready-to-build 670 MWp solar photovoltaic project in Texas and plans to start the construction by 2022.
The regulatory approvals have been secured for the project that will be coupled with a 170 MW battery energy storage system. The total investment amounts to over US$450 million.
