Global Power Synergy Co. (GPSC) signed a joint venture agreement with Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) through the Copenhagen Infrastructure New Markets Fund I (CI NMF I) to construct wind power projects in Thailand.
GPSC and CI NMF I will operate wind energy-related businesses together, with 51% and 49% ownership stakes, respectively. Additionally, the companies seek out potential areas and wind energy projects abroad and domestically.
CIP's goal is to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2060.
