Interstate Solar Energy Center in St. Lucie County, Miami-Dade Solar Energy Center in Miami-Dade County, Pioneer Trail Solar Energy Center in Volusia County, and Sunshine Gateway Solar Energy Center in Columbia County have officially began powering homes in Florida, USA.
Each of the new plants is capable of generating 74.5 megawatts of power from the sun, for a combined addition of nearly 300 megawatts of new solar capacity.
