ZE PAK Group has announced the financial close for a solar photovoltaic project in Brudzew, Poland. The total capacity of the PV project will be 70MW, with an estimated volume of 68 GWh electricity production during the first year of its operation.
Loan agreement was concluded between a ZE PAK group and a consortium of banks composed of PKO Bank Polski, Bank Pekao SA and mBank SA. The total value of financing for the PV project is PLN175 million (US$45.13 million), of which the investment loan is PLN138 million (US$35.58 million), and the loan for VAT financing is PLN37 million (US$ 9.5 million).
