PKN Orlen signs deal to acquire 89.4 MW Polish wind farms

PKN Orlen signs a deal to acquire three wind projects with a combined capacity of 89.4 MW from Spanish investment funds Taiga Inversiones Eolicas SCR SA and Santander Energias Renovables SCRA SA for a PLN380 million (US$101.8 million)

The deal covers a 100% stake of Nowotna Farma Wiatrowa Sp zoo, the developer of the three wind farms in Kobylnica, Subkowy, and Nowotna in the Pomeranian Voivodeship of northern Poland. 

The transaction will be subjected to regulatory approval.
