Esdec has acquired IronRidge and Quick Mount PV buinesses in the US. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
IronRidge and Quick Mount PV will retain their executive teams and staff and continue to operate as separate entities with unique product lines and sales channels. Both companies will also retain their independent brand names.
IronRidge designs and manufactures structural hardware for residential and commercial solar systems.
Quick Mount PV manufactures code-compliant, reliable solar mounting and racking systems for installing photovoltaic systems on residential and commercial rooftops.
