ERG completes purchase of six wind farms from DIF

ERG, through its unit, ERG Power Generation S.p.A., has completed the purchase of six wind farms with a combined capacity of 48.4 MW from DIF RE Erneuerbare Energien 1 GmbH and DIF RE Erneuerbare Energien 3 GmbH. 

The transaction represents around EUR14.4 million (US$16.27 million)  in terms of equity value or about EUR40 million (US$44.96 million) of enterprise value.

The projects can generate an average output of around 84 GWh per year, corresponding to about 66,000 t of avoided CO2 emissions. The facility went online in 2007 and have an average incentive expiry date of 2027.
