Eolus sells Stigafjellet wind park to EWZ

Eolus Vind AB has reached an agreement with EWZ for the latter to acquire the 30 MW Stigafjellet wind project located in Bjerkreim, Norway. Eolus' entire ownership of the facility is being sold at a preliminary price of EUR40.7 million (US$47.8 m).

The wind park will be financed by EWZ, and Eolus will take responsibility for turbine installation. At the same time, the developer will also deliver technical, operational and administrative services.

Operations is expected in the second half of 2020.
